Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issue with your order.

Refund Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
• All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
